Molly Burchard is the founder of Pixels for Peace with over 18 years of experience spanning branding, interactive design, 3D, game design, and AI-driven creative systems.
From 2021–2024, Burchard served as Senior Art Director and Design Lead for BMW at The Game GMBH, reshaping BMW's visual identity with rounded form language, brighter palettes, dynamic photography, and improved interactive web layouts.
She holds a minor in Architecture and specializes in bridging digital and physical experiences through spatial and interactive design. Her 3D work spans Cinema 4D, Maya, and Unreal Engine. In game design, she led a team of 30 artists creating a fully playable world for a music video with over 118 million views.
Burchard also develops multi-layered AI workflows combining language, image, and video models — using ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, and Stable Diffusion as an integrated creative engine for rapid concept generation and execution at scale.
